below the surface is a hundred-percent underground hip-hop shop right outside of san francisco. shane owns the place and refuses to let any commercial propaganda bullshit enter the store. the shop is run and owned entirely by him. below the surface offers an enormous selection of pure underground hip-hop material. if you don't see something you want, by all means call in and make a request. albums, magazines, and clothes come and go incredibly fast, so it might be wise to call in first before ordering.
