This patch just brings a bare 1.3.20 tarball into sync with the CVS tree
as it appears from the above date, which means...

 * It has the following patches
    makefile, kick_bogus, and dontkickops
 
 * Contains other fixes for the
    dcc .away crashes
    console module not loading
    miscellaneous things I may not have noticed

 * Does NOT contain the broken awayfix I made.  It doesn't contain the
  awaytweak, but it should, IMHO, since it's a much smaller patch that was
  even numbered for me, and therefore worked.  ;)

...but it SHOULD at least eliminate any of the more bizarre problems that some
people are reporting.
