This is a tiny patch that allows sntl-0.4.2 work with tcl/tk8.x

The Makefile is patched to work on a linux box.

Get sntl and the patch from:

   http://www.neosoft.com/tcl/ftparchive/sorted/devel/

the files of interest in this directory are:

   sntl-0.4.2.tar.gz                 sls release
   sntl-0.4.2p1.patch.README         this README file
   sntl-0.4.2p1.patch.tar.gz         archive containing the patch

then:

gunzip <sntl-0.4.2p1.patch.tar.gz | tar -xf - 
gunzip <sntl-0.4.2.tar.gz | tar -xf - 

cd sntl-0.4.2

patch -p1 <../sntl-0.4.2p1.patch/patch-0.4.2-0.4.2p1
