	cd /usr/src
	patch -p0 < 016_cvs.patch

And then rebuild and install cvs:
	cd gnu/usr.bin/cvs
	make -f Makefile.bsd-wrapper obj
	make -f Makefile.bsd-wrapper
	make -f Makefile.bsd-wrapper install
